King's Ely Boys-U12A vs  King's College School

Venue: at Home

King's Ely Year 7 Team: 35 points (7 tries) King's College School Cambridge 15 points (3 tries)

For the first time this team, our result matched our performance. We played very, very good rugby. In attack, there was a perfect balance of passing and running, combined with powerful contact play, and in defence, there was courage in tackling, and clever ripping the ball out of the opponents' hands.

Heath Williams was right at the front of everything, and helped himself to 3 good tries; he also tackled well, and his passing was his best this term. Ollie Cutts scored two dramatic tries; Jack Jeremy and Sam Lott finishing off the super 7. The pleasing thing was the super teamwork shown by everyone, from Fred Marshall's power, Heydon Green had his best game so far, Rohan Bramley supported really well, JJ attacked at random, and Ciarran Morgan's link play was valuable. The players drafted in from the B Team (Jake Hall and Joe Sabin) also stepped up, and were a great help, and George C-B was centimetres from a try after a great drive.

Fantastic team performance, well done to all!
