Match Report
King's Ely Boys-U12A vs  St John's College School
On: Wednesday, 26 Sep 2018
Venue: Away

King's Ely 5 (1 try) St. John's 30 (6 tries)

In spite of recording our third successive loss, it is heartening to write that the team is getting better week by week. We have always shown bravery in tackling, and courage in never giving up, and now we are showing the potential to score tries ourselves. St. John's possessed physicality beyond us at the start, and we gave away three alarmingly quick tries, but led by Sam Lott's determined tackling, we kept the opposition at bay for long spells of the game. Although we only scored one try through George Curtis-Bloor, we threatened the St. John's line on several more occasions, and came tantalisingly close. This came about by better team combinations and direct running from Heath Williams, Ollie Cutts, Jack Jeremy and Sam Lott.

Culford next week!
